Prime Minister Kosor sends letter of condolence to Turkish PM

ZAGREB, Sept 16 (Hina) - Croatian Prime Minister Jadranka Kosor on Thursday sent a letter to her Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan, offering her condolences on fatalities in a mine explosion in southeast Turkey.

Ten civilians were killed and three were wounded when an explosive device went off as a minibus was passing by in southeast Turkey, near the border with Iraq and Iran. It is believed that the attack was caused by rebel Kurds.

Security forces were sent to the area to find possible leftover mines.
