Croatia's construction production up in April, 2nd month in row

The construction sector in Croatia rose 0.1% in April 2015 compared to April 2014, increasing for the second straight month year on year, according to figures released by the Croatian statistical office (DZS) on Wednesday.

March 2015 was the first month after two years to have a positive growth in the construction production, +1.2% compared to March 2014.

The seasonally adjusted data show that this April saw a decline of 1.1% in construction production compared to March 2015.

The yearly increase in April is on the back of a mild rise in construction of buildings of 3.2%.
