The dinner, organised by Tusk, was attended by European Commission President Juncker, Slovenian PM Miro Cerar and Presidents Tomislav Nikolic of Serbia and Gjorge Ivanov of Macedonia, European Union Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy  Federica Mogherini and Dutch Foreign Minister Bert Koenders.
