Minister says action plan for education strategy to be drafted by 8 Sept

Science and Education Minister Blazenka Divjak said on Tuesday, after a session of the Expert Commission for the Implementation of the Education, Science and Technology Strategy, that it was decided at the meeting that an action plan for the implementation of the said strategy would be drafted by 8 September, adding that a different method of drafting was agreed.

Under the new method, members of the expert team would harmonise the action plan.

The head of the expert team, Dijana Vican recalled that the commission worked on the action plan until April, after which the plan was presented to Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic.

The participants in the meeting confirmed for the press that the meeting was attended by PM Plenkovic.
