Justice Minister Ante Sprlje said on Wednesday that Croatia will prosecute and bring to justice all who committed war crimes on its territory, including aides of the deceased ICTY indictee Goran Hadzic.

"We will hunt for them as long as they are live and we are live," Sprlje said after answering reporters' questions about possibilities for Croatia to prosecute other people liable for war crimes in eastern Croatia, after the indicted Croatian Serb wartime rebel leader Goran Hadzic, who was provisionally released by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), last year for health reasons, died in the northern Serbian city of Novi Sad on Tuesday evening.

Hadzic, 58, died on admission to a hospital's on admission at about 8pm Tuesday.

Just as Nazi criminals have been tried until today for war crimes, Croatia will prosecute all who committed war crimes as long as they are live and we are live, the caretaker minister said.
