PM Plenkovic visits Varazdin and Spancirfest

Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic on Thursday visited the northern town of Varazdin and attended the ongoing street festival Spancirfest, and on that occasion he promised the enhancing of the partnership between the government and local authorities.

Plenkovic, accompanied by four cabinet ministers, held talks with the mayor Ivan Cehok and Varazdin County head Radimir Cacic.

After the talks, the premier said that the moves aimed at strengthening the local economy and improving living standards would be made in cooperation with the local authorities.

Plenkovic praised the 19th edition of the Spancirfest festival for its rich programme.
