Croatian government adopts report on fulfilment of obligations under Customs Union chapter

ZAGREB, Oct 27 (Hina) - The Croatian government on Monday adopted a report on the fulfilment of obligations under the Customs Union chapter of the acquis communautaire.

The report was adopted as part of negotiations on Croatia's accession to the European Union, and the obligations were determined in the EU's joint position of 20 December 2006 and Croatia's negotiating position for that chapter of 28 September 2006.

The report will be made available to the Croatian parliament's national committee overseeing EU accession negotiations and to relevant institutions of the European Union.
