ZAGREB, July 16 (Hina) - Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko and former European Parliament President Hans-Gert Poettering have congratulated Croatian Prime Minister Jadranka Kosor on her appointment, the Croatian government public relations office said in a statement on Thursday.
