Croatian PM talks to NATO Secretary-General on phone

ZAGREB, Jan 19 (Hina) - Croatian Prime Minister Ivo Sanader talked with NATO Secretary-General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer on the telephone on Monday morning about the ongoing ratification of the NATO accession protocol for Croatia.

Sanader and Scheffer exchanged information about the course of the ratification of the accession protocol in NATO's member-states and about the organisation of the alliance's summit in Strasbourg and Kehl, that in on the French-German border, set for 3-4 April on the occasion of the the 60th anniversary of NATO.

Jaap de Hoop Scheffer notified PM Sanader about his personal efforts to step up the ratification of the said document.
