Prime Minister Zoran Milanovic will receive today French economist Thomas Piketty, the author of the globally successful academic study "Capital in the Twenty-first Century" which emphasises the themes of his work on wealth concentrations and distribution over the past 250 years.
Piketty's visit is part of the "Rendez-Vous" festival of French culture, which is set to begin on May 5 with an exhibition of the works of Auguste Rodin. The festival will present more than 150 events around the country and will continue until September.
