Minister announces paper-free administration system
The government on Thursday adopted a bill on introducing an online-based infrastructure which, according to Public Administration Minister Arsen Bauk, creates condition for running the state administration without papers.

The government plans to organise the electronic administration sector and enable everyone access to information kept by public sector institutions.
Under the government-sponsored bill this should be secured by setting up a central government portal. The government also proposes the establishment of a national identification and authentication system as a mandatory system for all institutions.
