Croatian PM holds separate talks with Hungarian president Belgian minister

Croatian Prime Minister Zoran Milanovic on Thursday held separate meetings with Hungarian President Janos Ader and Belgian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade and European Affairs Didier Reynders who are both on an official visit to Croatia.

Milanovic and Ader talked about the two countries' bilateral relations with an emphasis on issues on energy, economic cooperation and how to advance them within the framework of European Union membership, read a statement issued by the Croatian government's public relations office. Milanovic used this opportunity to underline the support Hungary has shown Croatia during the process of its EU membership talks.

Reynders and Milanovic talked about further strengthening of cooperation, notably in the economy and within the framework of the European Union, as well as about the situation in Southeast Europe. Reynders informed Milanovic of the completion of the ratification of Croatia's EU accession treaty in Belgium.
