Croatian PM meets former Czech PM

ZAGREB, Dec 7 (Hina) - Croatian Prime Minister Ivo Sanader held talks in Prague with a former Czech prime minister and president of the leading Opposition Social Democratic Party, Jiri Paroubek.

The talks focused on the coming Czech Presidency of the European Union and Croatia's EU accession talks.

Paroubek said that the Czech Opposition, too, supported the completion of Croatia's EU entry talks in 2009.

The two officials also discussed bilateral relations, which PM Sanader described as very good, as well as other current European issues.
