Croatian PM offers condolences to Spain following fatal train crash

Croatian Prime Minister Zoran Milanovic on Thursday sent a letter of condolence to his Spanish counterpart Mariano Rajoy following a train crash in the northern Spanish region of Galicia – the worst in Spain for 40 years.
