Croatian PM receives UNiCredit Group CEO Profumo
ZAGREB, March 23 (Hina) - Croatian Prime Minister Ivo Sanader on Monday received the Chief Executive Officer of the UniCredit Group, the owner of the Zagrebacka Banka (ZABA), Alessandro Profumo, and the ZABA CEO, Franjo Lukovic.
PM Sanader and Profumo discussed the current financial and economic situation and the cooperation of the Croatian government and ZABA. At the talks an important role of ZABA in the Croatian financial system was underlined.
They agreed that the cooperation had been good so far and that it would continue in the coming period.
Profumo welcomed Croatia's admission to NATO in the near future. Present at the meeting was also Croatian Finance Minister Ivan Suker.
