Deputy PM receives Indian ambassador

ZAGREB, March 20 (Hina) - Croatian Deputy Prime Minister Djurdja Adlesic and Indian Ambassador Rajiv Misra held talks on Thursday on the forthcoming signing of an agreement on the avoidance of double taxation, good cooperation in science and technology, and the wish to intensify trade.

The two officials said they were satisfied with the cooperation so far and the good relations between India and Croatia, as evidenced by the establishment of a joint fund for science and technology projects, the government said in a statement.

Misra said he wished for trade to expand.

Adlesic informed him of the reforms Croatia was making in administration and the judiciary.
