Facebook chat: Be informed, know your consumer rights!

In order to inform citizens about the consumer rights, today we have organized a Facebook chat on the topic "Be informed, know your rights!"

Experts from Consumer Protection of the European Consumer Center Croatia, Market Inspection, the Directorate for Inspection and Consumer Protection Counselling Center Zagreb answered over 30 citizen's questions during an hour long Facebook chat "Be informed, know their consumer rights! ".

Citizens were interested in a variety of issues, from rights in telecommunications and postal services and purchases via the Internet, passenger rights to the obligation to comply with the warranty terms and ways of complaints.
