PACE president to visit Croatia

Anne Brasseur, President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), begins an official visit to Croatia on Thursday by meeting Parliament Speaker Josip Leko, newly-elected President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic and Prime Minister Zoran Milanovic.

The PACE is the main advisory body of the Council of Europe, the oldest pan-European organisation that consists of 47 member states. Croatia became its full member on 6 November 1996.
