Parliament adopts 2016 state budget

Parliament on Monday adopted the 2016 state budget with the expenditure side being set at HRK 122.4 billion, HRK 3.8 billion more than last year.

Revenue is planned at HRK 114.9 billion or 4.7% higher than in 2015, with a budget gap accounting for 2.2% of Gross Domestic Product.

The budget was adopted with 80 votes in favour and 51 against.
