PM extends greetings on Ramadan Bayram

Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic on Saturday extended greetings to the head of the Islamic community in Croatia, Mufti Aziz Hasanovic, and all Islamic believers on the occasion of Ramadan Bayram.

On his and the government's behalf, Plenkovic wished them to spend the coming days in peace, hope and family community.

"The good relations between the government and the Islamic Community in Croatia are historically rooted. May they continue to encourage us to contribute, through open dialogue and cooperation, to preserving mutual understanding, respect and religious tolerance for the well-being of our homeland and the society we live in," Plenkovic said in a note.

I wish you a happy and blessed Bayram. Bayram Serif Mubarek Olsun, he added.
