PM: May Christmas encourage us to build prosperous Croatia
Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic on Tuesday extended Christmas greetings to all believers in Croatia and Croatians abroad, wishing for the spirit of Christmas to be an encouragement to continue building a prosperous Croatia while seeing to everyone's dignity, his office said in a press release.
"Looking forward to the Christian holiday of Christmas, we cultivate with special attention the values of family unity, solidarity, understanding and peace, which are the foundations of Croatian society. May the holy spirit of Christmas, a holiday of peace and joy, encourage us to continue to build a prosperous country while taking account of a dignified life for every Croatian," Plenkovic said.
"On behalf of the government and myself, I wish all believers in Croatia and our countrymen outside the homeland a merry and blessed Christmas!"
