PM supports building day hospital, underpass, connecting road in Metkovic

Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic said in Metkovic on Thursday that it was necessary to improve the transport infrastructure in the southern coastal town by building an underpass and a road connecting it to a nearby motorway, as well as build a day hospital.

Plenkovic visited the town with Defence Minister Damir Krsticevic, Transport Minister Oleg Butkovic and Health Minister Milan Kujundzic.

Plenkovic told reporters they met with local officials and talked about the town's development priorities. "We will support a project to build an underpass."
