Prime Minister congratulates newly-appointed Slovenian counterpart
Croatian Prime Minister Zoran Milanovic congratulated Alenka Bratusek on being confirmed as new Prime Minister of Slovenia on Thursday, wishing her a lot of success in her work in the face of major economic and financial challenges in Europe and the world.

In his message, Milanovic underscored his government's firm commitment to continuing good-neighbourly cooperation and promoting partnership with the aim of achieving the shared interests of the two countries.
Milanovic recalled the mutual efforts the two governments had made in recent months to resolve the Ljubljanska Banka issue, which resulted in the signing of a memorandum of understanding which has in the meantime entered into force.
"The forthcoming completion of ratification of Croatia's EU accession treaty by Slovenia will finally bring us closer to full membership of the European Union, the European family in which we will share our common future," Milanovic wrote.
