Prime Minister inaugurates new luxury resort in Sibenik

Prime Minister Zoran Milanovic in the central Adriatic city of Sibenik on Saturday evening opened a luxury D-resort, a hotel constructed by Turkey's Dogus group

Milanovic expressed satisfaction that the Turkish company chose Croatia for its investments.

The Sibenik investment is worth EUR 25 million.

"Croatia is a small country but its tourist numbers bring it right to the top," Milanovic said adding that with a population of 4.5 million Croatia is annually visited by 13 million tourists.

D-resort is a five star hotel with 69 rooms and suits and three luxurious villas. It also has the first Croatian marina for mega yachts.
