"We have unblocked our negotiations with the European Union. Croatia's treaty of accession with the European Union is being compiled in Brussels, which shows that we are in the final stage of our historical path which will bring us back to our niche in the circle of the most developed Western democracies," Kosor said.
We are also aware of out difficulties we are faced with and of challenges ahead, the premier said reiterating that her government in 2010 would persist in implementing its goals such as preservation of every job and strengthening of the economy.
We will be firm and relentless in fighting corruption and in carrying out reforms in order to make it sure that nobody is above the law and that the rule of law is functioning, she wrote in her New Year message.
