Prime Minister Milanovic offers condolences to Cameron on Thatcher's death

Prime Minister Zoran Milanovic on Monday sent a letter of condolence to his British counterpart David Cameron over the death of Baroness Margaret Thatcher, the longest-serving Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of the 20th century.

In his letter, Milanovic described Baroness Thatcher as one of the strongest personalities in the British, European and global political life in the 20th century and as a great stateswoman.
Croatia will remember Thatcher for her determined support and her full understanding of who played which role in the war which was imposed on Croatia in the 1990s, the Croatian premier wrote among other things.
