Vice President of the Govenrment of Croatia Ranko Ostojić will attend 24th anniversary of Operation Plitvice, in which 22-year-old policeman Josip Jovic was killed as the first Homeland War victim

Operation Plitvice was carried out on Easter, 31 March 1991, and is known as Bloody Easter.
