Government approves loan for ARZ motorway operator
The government on Thursday granted permission to the Autocesta Rijeka-Zagreb (ARZ) motorway operator to borrow 177 million euros and gave a state guarantee for the loan.
ARZ will take the loan from Zagrebacka Banka to service its credit liabilities for this year.
The government sent a bill of amendments to the Tax Administration Act to parliament, introducing horizontal monitoring of taxpaying enterprises to deal with problems stemming from belated tax decisions.
Finance Minister Boris Lalovac said the amended law will improve partnership between businesses and tax administration.
