ZAGREB, Sept 16 (Hina) - Croatian Prime Minister Jadranka Kosor held talks in Zagreb on Thursday with the chairman of the Eastern Committee of German Industry, Klaus Mangold, about new concrete German investments in Croatia.

The two officials agreed that Croatian-German relations were excellent, underlining the importance of strengthening economic cooperation.

Commenting on this year's tourist season, Kosor said that it was the best so far, with a large number of German arrivals.

She expressed confidence that Croatia would sign the EU accession treaty in the spring of 2011.

Mangold said that Croatia had made progress on its path and that Germany would continue supporting it.
