ZAGREB, Oct 17 (Hina) - Prime Minister Jadranka Kosor and the visiting Egyptian President, Muhammad Hosni Mubarak, on Saturday agreed to intensify cooperation between their countries, notably in the tourism and energy sectors.
Both officials expressed interest in strengthening economic relations, particularly in the tourist trade and the energy sector.Kosor said she was pleased that the Union for the Mediterranean was open to all countries on the Mediterranean shores.She went on to say that after joining the European Union, Croatia would continue advocating closer cooperation between Mediterranean countries.Kosor announced the organisation of a Mediterranean Union ministerial conference on environmental protection in Dubrovnik next month.Mubarak invited Kosor to visit Egypt, which she accepted.
