Prime Minister receives Cardinal Bozanic for talks

ZAGREB, Oct 11 (Hina) - Croatian Prime Minister Jadranka Kosor on Monday held talks with Zagreb Archbishop Cardinal Josip Bozanic on current topics.

The Kosor-Bozanic talks, which lasted more than two hours, revolved around relations between the Catholic Church and the state authorities, the final stage of Croatia's accession negotiations with the European Union, and economic matters.

Leaving the government's building after the meeting, Cardinal Bozanic briefly told reporters that the talks had focused on topical issues and on some matters pertaining to relations between the Church and the state.

The dignitary stressed that there had been no disagreement during the talks.
