Plenkovic, Hahn talk EU budget
Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic met with European Budget and Administration Commissioner Johannes Hahn on Thursday, the government said in a press release.
They talked about the priorities of Croatia's presidency of the Council of the European Union and the EU's 2021-27 Multiannual Financial Framework, notably the funding of the cohesion and agricultural policies which are crucial for Croatia's balanced development.
Underlined was the importance of the member states reaching a timely agreement on the EU budget while taking account of the specificities of every state and their regions, the press release said, adding that Plenkovic informed Hahn in detail of Croatia's expectations and demands.
