Swing Software wins prime ministerial award as best web site

The Split-based company Swing Software is this year's winner of the prime ministerial award for the best web site in the seventh annual competition "See Web Top 100".

ZAGREB, Dec 24 (Hina) - The Split-based company Swing Software is this year's winner of the prime ministerial award for the best web site in the seventh annual competition "See Web Top 100".
Presenting the award to representatives of the company at a ceremony last Monday, PM Ivo Sanader said that one of the government's objectives was to create conditions for the development of Croatia as a society of knowledge.
Swing Software was established five years ago and its main line of business is the production of software for the publishing sector and documentation management. The company's products are used by around 1,000 organisations throughout the world. The awarded site can be accessed at www.swingsoftware.com.
Prime ministerial awards for best web sites were given in ten more categories.
Limun.hr is the best web site in the category of financial institutions, algoritam.hr is the best on-line sale site, and the web site of the Topusko rehabilitation centre was chosen the best corporate web site.
Croblogeri.com is the best web site in the category of media and news, and sportskitrening.hr is the best sports andhealth web site.
Automobilija.net is the best site in the category of automobile topics, while aroundcroatia.com is the best web site on tourism and travel.
The science portal croeos.net is the best portal in the category of science, education and culture, bambi.hr is the best entertainment, fashion and music portal, while the web site suza.hr of the Zagreb City Association for Animal Protection is the best site in the category of NGOs and state institutions.
